Cause of Anxiety is the most common symptom these days in almost every household. People got anxious for many reasons and that can be seen easily on their faces. Anxiety may happen due to stress, chaotic condition or any other situation which may happen due to dangerous circumstances. The anxiety may also be response to uncertainty and danger and the trigger may happen due to anything in particular. It adds with vague sense of dread, misfortune. People may feel anxious due to neural circuitry as it may perceive threat when actually it does not exist.

Anxiety disorders are one of the main cause that lead to stress. In worst case scenario anxiety may also lead to mental health disorder. Those who suffer from the issues find it difficult to live with their normal lives. Recognizing with the signs of anxiety attack is also essential to prevent with the issues from being worsened. Although, anxiety disorder is common mental health problems in some of the countries like USA. Anxiety is common feeling that is experience by everybody. It is a reaction that comes with someone who is feeling under pressure, is afraid or worry or may feel threaten with certain situation. 

Anxiety attack as the most common symptoms:

  • Insane or overwhelming panic strike
  • Pulsating or nagging chest pain
  • Hyperventilation
  • Trembling or shaking
  • Trouble breathing or choking sensation
  • Sweating, nausea or stomach cramps

How to cope with anxiety attack?

Do a simple stretch: When you face an anxiety attack the breath may fall too short or shallow. Once you find the panic-stand up and start doing some simple stretching. Stretching and yawning instantly helps with relieving the muscle tension and it also interrupts with the vicious cycle that is about to roll with full strength. Clonazepam 2Mg (Klonopin)

Focus on breathing: If you don’t wish to master the technique of meditation, simply inhale for three counts and also exhale for five. Repeat this exercise as many times possible. Imagine how your mind and body gets cool down.

Focus on using peripheral vision: To activate with your parasympathetic nervous system, use simple meditation technique. Focus your graze on imaginary point in-front of you. It also helps to relax your focus and use with your peripheral vision. If you try to take in everything around with soft focus. It also signals your brain to relax. With more practice of this technique it helps you to relax with any situation.

Start moving: Remember with your brain thinks that you are facing danger and gives massive short of adrenaline. You may also get rid of it. The best option is walking for long distance. Go and stroll in the park if possible or simply get up and move around.

Drink glass of ice-cold water: To regulate with the body’s temperature and also reduce with the escalating cycle of panic. You can also slowly drink glass of icy water that makes you cool down. Take small tips, focus on every gulp you make while drinking.
